Adeyinka

I am currently in my final year’s training as an ordinand in the Church of England and (God willing!) will be ordained next year. My professional work has focused on themes of creativity and expression, conflict and reconciliation, community cohesion and social regeneration. I am enthusiastic and dedicated. I have been married for almost 20 years and have 2 school-age children (and a dog!)

I perform and speak at Christian Events across the county. I’m best known for work on The Bill, Coronation Street and many roles on TV, stage and film.

I’ve been in love with the spoken and written word all my life, starting in radio at 16 years old. I’m a BBC-trained audio producer who moved into the voiceover world over 20 years ago, and so I’ve managed to combine those two disciplines to create programmes, podcasts and more for nearly half of my life! I’m married, I have a couple of young adults (and a dog) and I absolutely love nature, the outdoors and going away in our campervan to explore God’s wonderful creation: our planet Earth.

Lorraine

Lorraine has written, produced and performed plays, musicals, albums and stage shows. She has been a singer/songwriter all her life, and as a screenwriter,  her first film was produced by Sky Cinema 'Save The Cinema'  in 2021. She is known in the film industry as ‘Someone who has funny bones’ and works on scripts to improve the comedy, gaining an extraordinary reputation for writing quickly on any subject thrown at her.

Lorraine also works part time for the Alzheimers Society as a Singing For The Brain Leader and this is possibly the most rewarding work she has ever done.

A Christian since her teens, in 1981 she was part of Youth For Christ and spent two years on a schools project with John Allen. She regularly takes services for Welsh Chapels, and is also a celebrant. Being part of the ODB team is rewarding and gives her a chance to give back her skills for the Lords work.

Lucy

I am originally from Motherwell, Scotland but moved to London to train and work in Musical Theatre after finishing High School.  I live in London with my husband, Jan and have been married since 2009.  As well as being a professional performer, I’m also a published poet and use my poetry to share my love for Jesus with both believers and non-believers alike.

I am a mum of three and always on the go! When I’m not recording for Our Daily Bread you’ll often find me in the kitchen. I enjoy good food and trying out new recipes, as well as theatre trips and socialising with friends.
